BYSTRONIC BYSPEED LASER CUTTER
Our Bystronic Byspeed Laser Cutter offers you a fantastic combination of pinpoint accuracy and speed. The machine is equipped with an extremely reliable BYSTRONIC Bylaser 4400 laser source with a power of 4.4 kW, performs the cutting and engraving process on workpieces with the capacity to cut sheets up to 3m x 1.5m and up to maximum thickness of 25mm (mild steel), 20 mm (stainless steel), 15 mm (aluminium) and 3 mm (brass, copper, titanium).
BYSTRONIC BYJET SMART WATER JET CUTTER
Our Bystronic ByJet Smart Water Jet Cutter can take sheets up to 3m x 1.5m and offers an enormous cutting depth of up to 200mm. This computer controlled machine can precisely cut any sheet or plate material, so is incredibly flexible in its applications.
As this is a cold process, it negates the issues of stress-fractures, micro fissures and heat distortion that other cutting methods can produce. It can be used to cut a huge range of materials, from metals and plastics to carbon fibre, ceramics, foam, stone and even armour plate.
MORGAN RUSHWORTH HSR-3 HYDRAULIC SECTION BENDING MACHINE
Our Morgan Rushworth HSR-3 hydraulic section bending machine is designed to roll various material sections. We combine the very latest in technology with highly skilled operators to handle your extrusion bending requirements.
Tube and section rolling services cover all metals in a wide range of sections including square, rectangular, flat, tee, channel, angle and extrusions. We specialise in roll forming extrusions in aluminium and steel rolled sections. These are often rolled with the use of special tooling to various radii and include elliptical curves for architectural applications.
WEIDEMANN 2500 PUNCHING MACHINE
Our Weidemann 2500 Punching machine is operated through a FANUC O-P control unit, this machine counts with a punching force of 200 kN.
CNC punching is a perfect solution for creating holes in sheet metal quickly and cost-effectively. We have a vast range of options and tooling to suit any purpose. Maximum thickness is dependent on the type of material.
SAFAN E-BRAKE PRESS MACHINES
We have two Safan E-brake press machines, both with different capacities, one is a 3 metre and the other, a 2 metre. Servo Electric Brake presses has a pressing force by means of two synchronized servo motors which transfers the power by the help of special belt and pulleys. During the upper beam down movement servo motors coil the belt to the main pulley and applies the bending force.
They can be used for a variety of applications such as bending and forming metal sheets, bending and forming metal tubing, etc. We offer a wide range of profiles, folds, radius and forming to suit just about any application or requirement.
SAFAN HYDRAULIC CNCS BRAKE PRESS MACHINES
We have two hydraulic brake press machines, both with different capacities. The Safan CNCS brake press 50-2050 , and the Safan CNCS brake press 80-3100. although Hydraulic machines are known to be slower than electric, the benefits of a hydraulic brake press machines is that they allow more versatility in drawing and forming of complex parts.
We offer a wide range of profiles, folds, radius and forming to suit just about any application or requirement.
SAFAN CNCS HYDRAULIC GUILLOTINE
Our Safan CNCS hydraulic guillotine has a capacity of 3 metres long and 3mm thick. The cutting centre can be used for various applications and is ideal for clean and square cutting of single pieces from large sheets and precise cutting of single pieces.
